Projects

Since PfefferminzGreen began its work in 2005, we have witnessed just how a bottom-up approach can stimulate growth in community-driven, well-structured and manageable projects.

We have also seen how these projects have the potential to strengthen not just individuals and communities, but how they can also gradually affect an entire region in a variety of positive social, societal and economic ways. The success of one small local project can create a multiplier effect, creating new possibilities for additional members of a community. We continue to learn how sustainable and local project ideas can be found even in the remotest Sub-Saharan African villages.

PfefferminzGreen focuses its work on two countries in Sub-Saharan Africa: Sierra Leone and Ethiopia.

To learn more about our work in each of these countries, please visit the Sierra Leone and Ethiopia pages.
